LUSH GREEN FORESTS, AND BEAUTIFUL COASTS WHILE EXPLORING SEATTLE
Exploring Seattle was a three-day stint back in 2015. Amanda and I accompanied her father on a business trip. While he was cycling through various meetings, we explored the city. We were 18 at the time – a little less adventurous, and a little less willing to go the distance. Even so, we made a quick stop at the Starbucks Roastery where they taught us all about roasting beans, and what goes into the coffee we drink every day. Then we cruised over to Bainbridge Island on a 30-minute ferry ride, it was windy but showed us beautiful views of the Seattle Skyline. Our last stop was a long hike around the beautiful Discovery Park. There, we saw driftwood unique to the Washington coast.
All in all, Seattle was worth the three days, and definitely a destination I would love to go back to (hopefully with a little more time).
